First of all I love training chest. ITS MY FAV COMPOUND MOVEMENT. Second of all there is soo much information on chesticles. I really tried to compress the main points I tried. Thirdly ladies YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR CHESTICLES. WHAT DO YOU THINK IS GOING TO HOLD YOUR TATAS AS YOU AGE? YOUR CHESTIES. 4th-ly for the love of all good things you CAN train heavy chest you will NOT look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, even I don’t look like him even though I train pretty heavy chest. And I’ve been trying for 6 years. Unless you’re on the riods my love. You won’t look like a man. A man doesn’t look like that also. Relax. 5th-ly training dumbbell chest press is more vital as it will show you your imbalances (one arm being strong, your arms going in any direction) that’s why when I started I hated doing fumbles because my insecurities or imbalances would come to the forefront. Bug they should so that you can train better and your training will be more balanced. Your imbalances show what you need to work on don’t be afraid of them. That’s all. Hope this makes you not afraid to do the chesties. Pratice daily. Stay safe. Stay humble.
