The results are coming…. Slowly but surely. Upped the weights and seeing results. 53 and trying to look 33 😜🙌🏾🏃🏾‍♀️🏋🏽‍♂️

HAHAHAHA LEARN HOW TO TAKE A JOKE, LADIES!!! IT’S JUST BANTER 🙄🙄🙄

Do you have any idea what it’s like to have to think about what you wear every single day? I do, and it starts young. I was 14 when I began hearing that my body made me attention-seeking, that I should cover up, that what I wore said something about me. I wrote in BIMBO about how victim-blaming teaches us to feel responsible for the way other people treat us.

So when women are called whores for wearing gym shorts, it isn’t just a joke floating around on its own. It feeds the same old idea that our clothes are an invitation, that cleavage or a short skirt means we’re responsible for attracting the “wrong” sort of attention, and that what we wear says something about our morals or sexuality. It doesn’t. Even if a woman is expressing her sexuality freely, that still doesn’t make her a “whore”.

And this isn’t happening in a vacuum. The Femicide Census found that, over a ten-year period, a woman was killed by a man in the UK on average every three days. The ONS estimates that 25.6% of women in England and Wales have experienced sexual assault, including attempts, since the age of 16.

“Woah, it’s just a joke, relax. They’re just words.” But how many men use sexism as cover to chat us up, catcall us, follow us home or intimidate us? Do you want your daughter to be spoken about like that? Do you honestly think a certain outfit makes someone deserve to be objectified?

We’re told not to attract unwanted attention, as if it’s our fault, then told to cover up, while newspapers churn out headlines about how men don’t like barrel jeans and politicians try to ban the hijab. Please stop trying to control our clothes and our bodies.

Women like me, with big boobs, know how quickly people decide we must be showing them off for attention, when we’re literally just trying to exercise. And look at what we wear to Pilates, if men weren’t there I can assure you we’d wear even less. We don’t exist for men.

So when a show like SNL gives this stuff a platform, it helps normalise attitudes women already have to navigate every day. But for goodness sake, lighten up:

Erik Schmitt (@erik__schmitt) Everyday surroundings become a playground in this Berlin-based filmmaker’s videos. Through perspective tricks, stop-motion and carefully timed camera work, cars seem small enough to move by hand, buildings become props and familiar objects behave in unexpected ways.

The fun comes from how neatly each illusion fits its setting. A small gesture changes the whole scene, turning an ordinary moment into something wonderfully playful. 🎬

Burgundy, rain, and city lights set the tone perfectly for a sharper autumn look.

Clean tailoring, rich colour, and a modern setting keep everything polished without making it feel too formal. The rain and reflections only make it better ♥️
