👊 Wrapped up the training week with some solid sparring sessions. 🥊 Got some quality rounds in, worked through the key details, and took away some valuable lessons. I’m feeling good and mentally ready for what’s ahead. Now it’s time to recover before the next phase of training. We keep pushing toward our goal! 👊

When the evidence shows there are smarter, easier ways to do this whole mom thing, you know whose side I’m on. In The Mothers vs. Outdated Advice, I’m ruling in favor of the moms. Every. Single. Time. 🫶 #momcozycheatcodes #momcozyblackfriday #blackfridaydeals #momhacks #babyregistry
