Most women look at their stomach and assume it's all body fat.

But what if it's not?

What if what you're seeing is actually a combination of FAT, FLUID and BLOAT?

Let's break it down:

➡️ FAT = stored energy. This is true body fat and is heavily influenced by calories, muscle mass, hormones, insulin sensitivity, thyroid function and metabolic health.

➡️ FLUID = water retention. This often shows up as puffiness, swelling, feeling "squishy", waking up with swollen fingers, ankles or face, and can be driven by inflammation, stress hormones, poor lymphatic drainage, high cortisol, insulin resistance, oestrogen dominance or poor liver function.

➡️ BLOAT = abdominal distension. This is often what creates the "I look 6 months pregnant" feeling by the end of the day. Common causes include dysbiosis, parasites, pathogenic bacteria, candida overgrowth, food intolerances, constipation, poor digestion and gut inflammation.

Here's where it gets interesting...

Many women don't just have ONE of these problems.

They have all three.

They have underlying inflammation driving fluid retention.

They have gut dysfunction and dysbiosis causing bloating.

And they have metabolic dysfunction, insulin resistance, cortisol imbalances, thyroid issues or hormonal imbalances making it harder to burn body fat.

Then they're told to simply "eat less and exercise more."

So they cut calories.
Exercise harder.
Become more frustrated.

And nothing changes.

Because you cannot out-diet a metabolism block.

You cannot out-exercise chronic inflammation.

And you cannot crunch your way out of gut dysbiosis.

For many women, weight loss resistance isn't a willpower problem.

It's a physiology problem.

The body is simply responding to the signals it's receiving.

The key isn't trying harder.

The key is identifying WHAT is actually sitting underneath the symptoms and fixing that first.

Because once you remove the blocks, the body often starts doing what it was designed to do all along.
