As a west Malaysian, I knew very little about Sabah’s food culture. I have never tried tuhau, bambangan, losun, kodop and lots of other Sabah local fresh produce.

But I am so glad that my job as a nutritionist content creator in Malaysia literally allows (pushes) me to explore and find out more about local food and produce.

So this is one from Sabah: linopot. I’d love to visit Sabah to try linopot right from the source, but for now, I will get mine from this little food stall in a food court in Puchong.
