South Carolina jury just found Rick Chow NOT GUILTY of murdering 14-year-old Cyrus Carmack-Belton — a Black teen he chased over 100 yards and shot in the back over four water bottles he wasn’t even confirmed to have stolen.
The coroner confirmed the bullet hit Cyrus in the lower right back. Running away. The only witnesses who said Cyrus pointed a gun? The shooter’s own family.
His mother’s cries filled the courtroom when that verdict dropped.
No conviction. No accountability. Again.
