🎃 Halloween Rat 🎃

🖤 this little guy was made for my Spookiest, Halloween loving friend for her birthday yesterday 🖤

🥀 if you guys like Halloween Rat, I can make another this weekend to Right to Buy on Monday, just let me know if you’re into that 🥀

❌ do not copy or replicate my art ❌

Everyone deserves the opportunity to tell their own story.

Stream #SpecialForcesFOX now on @Hulu.

I was about 10 years old, when I slipped on the stairs at a hotel in Allentown Pennsylvania while we were there for my mom’s horse show. To this day, I blame my favorite Egyptian-style sandals. But that fall broke one of my front teeth in half.
At that age, bonding was really the only option. And if you know anything about bonding, you know the color and quality are not the best. I was so self-conscious and I stopped smiling. I learned to adapt and smile with my lips closed.
Years later, at 19, I finally had my teeth fixed. But what should have been a positive experience turned into one of the worst dental experiences. The dentist was impatient and unkind. His work was also not great. I left with anxiety that stayed with me for years.
Fast forward, it had been 20+ years..and a few months ago, I came across an Instagram reel of Ian Ziering from Beverly Hills 90210 showing his new smile by @drjordandavis_ Something about it inspired me. His work was beautiful and most importantly Dr. Davis seemed so calm and reassuring.
I showed my husband, @1steveburton and he was interested in finally doing something for his smile, too. After two FaceTime consultations, we flew to Salt Lake City, Utah.
Steve went first (thankfully 😅), which helped ease some of my nerves. And watching his transformation was incredible. His new smile was gorgeous, achieved with composite and without filing down his natural teeth!
My case was a little different. Mine required removing the old and replacing with new porcelain veneers and quite a bit of gum work to create a more balanced, aesthetic smile. I wasn’t prepared for how beautiful my smile would be, or how emotional it would feel to finally see it. We are both super grateful to Dr. Davis & the entire team at @lucaaesthetic_
We loved getting to do this together. Sometimes it’s about so much more than “teeth” and just about feeling like yourself again.❤️
