There’s nothing on earth like Operational jumps behind enemy lines, conducted at night in contested airspace into a non permissive and hostile environment.
There is no room for error, no DZ party, no DZ recce, winds are predicted. Mistakes can be fatal.
The groups success is solely down to the individuals competence.
The focus required is absolute, but once all boots are on the ground, the real work begins. Now it’s time to shoot, move and communicate.
Shooting and CQB is often the easy bit.
