Hi there. I placed an order for the black Arkaig last Sunday. You folks sent me an email with the tracking number from DHL on Monday and the status has been the same ever since. I sent an email and a DM on here to confirm that DHL has picked up the package, but still no reply. When you have a moment, would you mind double-checking things, please? Thanks in advance! 😊
