I always want to learn more about different car cultures around the world and this one’s been on my list for a long time. Getting to drive a lowrider and spend time with the people that honour them and work to keep the culture alive was a sick experience. Shout out to the team on this, full video on YT.

HybridV10 is now progressing through CFD development, with early results proving extremely encouraging.

At this stage, the real work is happening in the engineering: aerodynamics, performance validation and the overall race car concept. But CFD is not always the most exciting thing to look at.

The most requested recipe I've ever posted.

The Victory Oven Cake.

It's become one of my staples because it looks and tastes like an actual cake, and doesn't taste like "bodybuilding food" at all.

INGREDIENTS

• 25g egg white powder (or 250ml liquid egg whites)
• 250ml water (when using egg white powder)
• 120g rice flour
• 3g baking powder
• 9g ESN Flavor Powder
• 1 whole banana
• 15g dark chocolate drops
• Few pinches cinnamon
• 2 pinches salt

WHEYY DRIP DIP

• 60g ESN Designer Whey
• 55ml water

METHOD

1. Add the egg white powder and water to a bowl and use a hand mixer or stand mixer until fluffy stiff peaks form.

2. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

3. Mash the banana into a smooth paste.

4. Add the mashed banana, dry ingredients, and chocolate drops to the fluffy egg whites.

5. Slowly mix everything together until fully incorporated.

6. Pour the batter into a lightly greased silicone baking mold.

7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F for 10–15 minutes.

8. While the cake is baking, make the Wheyy Drip dip by mixing the Designer Whey and water in a small bowl. I recommend using a silicone spatula for the perfect consistency.

9. Remove the Victory Oven Cake from the oven, allow it to cool slightly, place it on a plate, and dip each bite into the Wheyy Drip.

The actual flavor comes from the ESN Flavor Powder (I recommend dark cookie crumb) and I recommend ESN Designer Whey Dark Cookies & Cream for the Wheyy Drip. That's honestly what takes this recipe to another level.
