#HalleBerry’s ex-husband #OlivierMartinez wants her to foot the bill for his mounting legal expenses. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the actor is asking a judge to order Halle to pay $240,000 in attorney fees stemming from their heated custody battle over their 13-year-old son, Maceo. Olivier claims he can’t afford the expenses, revealing he earns an average of just $776.34 per month in residuals while facing approximately $17,556 in monthly expenses. He’s requesting $176,522.58 to cover outstanding legal bills and another $63,477.42 for future fees. ICYMI: Olivier recently retained primary physical custody of Maceo under a temporary arrangement, although a restraining order against Halle was dissolved. Olivier previously accused the actress of choking their son, allegations she has denied. Maceo also testified privately during the proceedings.
I’m Matis Mallie, the newest Gymshark Athlete🦈 Honestly, I don’t even know where to start. This all started as a dream, something that felt so far out of reach that I never thought I’d actually make it happen. But after years of training and creating content, here I am… a Gymshark Athlete 🥹 Not just a sponsored athlete, but a Gymshark Athlete. One of the highest honours within the brand. And I can finally say that I’m part of it wow. It’s crazy how fast everything can change. Just a year and a half ago, Gymshark reached out to sponsor me, and now, I’m officially becoming an Athlete. I want to thank every single one of you who’s been supporting me since day one. None of this would have been possible without you 🙏 Becoming a Gymshark Athlete isn’t the end goal of my journey in fitness and content creation. It’s just the beginning of a whole new chapter, a whole new adventure, and honestly, a whole new life. I’m incredibly proud to represent this brand, and I hope you guys enjoyed this short video. ❤️ MATIS10 on @Gymshark 🫶 #gymshark #gym #fitness #motivation #ad
A company lost its ideal candidate by trying to save ₹13K a month, and the hiring manager says the decision backfired spectacularly. According to the manager, the candidate had four years of experience, an impressive portfolio and an excellent interview. She asked for ₹65K, comfortably within the advertised salary range of ₹60K to ₹70K. But when the manager approached the boss for approval, he reportedly instructed her to offer just ₹52K, believing the candidate wanted the job badly enough to accept less. The candidate immediately questioned why the offer was below the advertised minimum. The manager claims she was told to explain that the budget had changed, leaving her to deliver the excuse herself. After asking for 24 hours to consider the offer, the candidate declined the following morning. The boss reportedly reacted angrily, describing her as unprofessional, money-minded and insufficiently passionate about the company. The manager, however, believed the company had brought the rejection upon itself by refusing to honour its own advertised range. The company eventually hired someone else at ₹52K, but according to the account, that employee left within six months. The story has sparked discussions about employers who expect candidates to compromise on salary while demanding experience, skills and commitment. The biggest hiring mistake wasn’t losing the candidate. It was assuming she would accept less simply because she wanted the job. #Hiring #SalaryNegotiation #JobMarket #WorkplaceStories
