My outlook account has been hacked and they have removed all of my information to access the account. They are demanding money in order for the return of the account. I have tried calling Microsoft support and the ai hangs up each time and I get rejected on all support forms. Is there a way I can speak to a human representative please? Thank you

Hola! Necesito ayuda por favor. No puedo acceder a mi correo aunque mi contraseña es correcta, me acepta la contraseña pero me pide enviarme un código a un correo y teléfono muy antiguo a los que ya no tengo acceso. Hago el formulario dando toda la información que me pide, incluso pedí a mi círculo que me envíen los correos recibidos por mí para poder poner los asuntos correctamente y aún así me rechaza la recuperación de mi cuenta.
