Reminder to get that mammogram 💕. I always get nervous to do this every year. Both my grandmothers had breast cancer and it brings up such intense feelings. I try to be brave and breathe and I call them close to me in my soul. I remind myself that early detection is so important and I as nervous as I get, I think about my kids and how I need make that appointment and show up and to be brave for them…and for myself.
