NEW EPISODE OF @cultureapothecary OUT NOW WITH @speakingofhealthandwellness 🌿 Find anywhere you listen to podcasts or ‘Real Alex Clark’ on YouTube. Comment ‘PICKY’ and I’ll DM you the link to the episode! 💌🔗 HOW TO CURE PICKY EATING 🍽️ Today’s guest is Shandy Watters, an integrative pediatric feeding specialist and founder of Speaking of Health & Wellness. I was a severely picky eater as a kid, so I asked her everything: how to tell normal pickiness from something deeper, the hidden causes behind a shrinking list of “safe foods,” and how to make dinnertime less stressful. Do you have a child who struggles with picky eating?
Blueface Allegedly Has a New Baby Mama, and She Claims He’s Already an Absent Father Blogged by: Grace L. Blueface is facing another public paternity claim, and the woman making it says she has spent her entire pregnancy without a visit from the rapper. Rela Coleman, who claims she is expecting his daughter, recently addressed their situation during a livestream while also sharing her thoughts on his engagement to Chrisean Rock. Coleman alleged that Blueface has not been present throughout her pregnancy. Despite that, she made it clear that he would still be welcome in the delivery room if he chooses to attend. She also expressed confidence that her daughter would be fine regardless of his involvement. Rather than criticizing his latest relationship, Coleman congratulated Blueface and Chrisean Rock on their engagement. She wished the couple well and suggested that perhaps Rock could encourage him to become more involved with all his children. Her response comes just days after Blueface proposed to Rock during a nightclub appearance in Scottsdale, Arizona. According to TMZ, the rapper got down on one knee at Problem Lounge as illuminated signs displayed a marriage proposal. Rock appeared surprised before accepting, with the moment captured during his Kick livestream. However, the situation involving Rela Coleman is not new. Questions surrounding Blueface and Coleman’s involvement first surfaced in April 2026, when another potential pregnancy became a topic during one of his livestreams. Blueface played a voicemail on April 24 from a woman claiming they had been sexually involved on Easter and April 13. The woman insisted she was pregnant and intended to keep the baby. Blueface played the recording while his then-pregnant girlfriend, Nevaeh Akira, was present, creating an uncomfortable confrontation that quickly circulated online. Coleman subsequently went public with her own pregnancy allegations, sharing what she presented as positive pregnancy results and alleged messages exchanged with the rapper. However, the publicly circulated materials have not independently established that Blueface is the child’s father.
Zondag 11 oktober Het was echt de dag na een drukke dag. Ik merkte dat in alles. Ik ben echt de hele morgen in bed blijven liggen. Dat was fijn even helemaal niets. De kids kwamen een voor een wel even kijken. Lenne was nog uit logeren. Verder was het fijn om even niets te hoeven. Een beetje schollen op mijn telefoon. Weer even lekker liggen en wegdommelen.
