The Little Archive

A new chapter.

For the past year and a half, I’ve been chasing an idea.

Not a business idea.

A letter idea.

The idea that names, words and stories deserve a more permanent place in our homes.

That idea took me through countless sketches, several rounds of redesigns, mould-making, plaster casting, slip casting, 3D printing, learning countless new software programs, repairing 3D printers and moulds, changing direction, changing my mind, and starting over more than a few times.

But the goal never changed.

To create letters that feel worthy of the stories they carry. Letters that make you feel something when you walk into a room.

A new baby.

A family nickname.

A favourite word.

A phrase that somehow becomes part of a home.

The letters have always been the heart of what I do.

So Milk Design Studio is now becoming Little Archive.

A name that feels much closer to what I’ve been building all along. 🥹
