Ingredients you’ll need!
15g (~2 tsps)
Honey
40g (~2.5 tbsps)
Sour cream, regular/18.5% fat
75g (¾ pc)
Yellow onion
85g (1 pc)
Tomatoes
95g (4 pcs)
Corn tortilla
115g (½ can)
Black beans, 15.25 oz can
175g (6 ounces)
Shrimp, raw, peeled, defrosted
1-2 tbsp
Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, canned
1-2 tbsp
Cilantro, chopped
3-4 tbsps
Lime juice
1-2 tsp
Cumin, ground

1. Rinse and dice the tomatoes and peel and dice the onion. 2. Chop the chipotle peppers into small pieces. Combine the honey, half of the lime juice, and the chipotle peppers in a bowl and stir to combine. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Warm a frying pan over medium heat and add a splash of water. Add the shrimp and fry them for a few minutes until they turn pink and are no longer translucent. Take care not to overcook them as they can become chewy. 4. Warm the tortillas in the oven or in a dry pan on the stove. Mix the tomatoes, drained black beans, and onions with the remaining lime juice, cumin, some salt, and half of the cilantro. 5. Fill the tortillas with the shrimp, bean salsa, and sour cream. Garnish with the remaining cilantro and enjoy.
