Fitness Friday with @makeittremble_orlando and @tremblewithbre ! This New Tremble Studio in Orlando is AMAZING!! My first time on any type of reformer and Bre made sure I was all set and didn’t have any issues! I felt safe, challenged and CONFIDENT!!! Cannot wait to come back because these classes are ADDICTING!!

What a journey these last two years have been. From lifting the Super Cup and the Belgian Cup to becoming Belgian champions, and from unforgettable Champions League nights to the wonderful atmosphere at Jan Breydel, this chapter has given me so many moments that I will always look back on with pride. I just want to say thank you to everyone who has been part of this chapter. To my teammates, the coaches, the staff, and everyone around the club, thank you for believing in me and helping me every single day. It has meant a lot. And to the fans… thank you for everything. From the first day you made me feel at home. Your support, your passion, and the atmosphere you created at Jan Breydel made every game special. Those nights are something I will never forget. One year ago, conflict broke out alongΒ Cambodia’s border, upending the safety and stability of so many. Now, nearly 30,000 people remain internally displaced and unable to return home. CambodiaΒ has always been a special country for me and my family. This is my son’s country of birth, our home is here, and for over 20 years, we’ve worked with a fully locally-led team on conservation and community development. The Maddox Foundation is headquartered on the same border where the recent conflict took place. I have had the honor of becoming close friends with my neighbors and the Foundation team as we demined and developed the area together. When the fighting broke out last year, we had to evacuate our staff and their families β€” a painful reminder of just how quickly conflict can return. I love this country and its resilient, warm people.
