ترشی یا سالاد مشهدی یکی از خوش رنگ و لعاب ترین و خوشمزهدترین ترشی هاییه که هر سال درست میکنم خیلی زودم تموم میشه خیلی خوش خوراکه حتما درست کنید ☺️ @nastaran.banoo6 ✅️مواد لازم: 🍅دو کیلو گوجه 🍅یک لیوان سرکه انگور 🍅حدودا دو قاشق نمک 🍅یک عدد کلم‌متوسط 🍅زردچوبه فلفل ادویه ترشی سیاهدانه از هر کدام یک قاشق مربا خوری 🍅خیار هویج سیب ترشی هر کدام ۵ عدد 🍅پیاز ترشی و سیر و فلفل تند به میزان دلخواه و بسته به ذائقه شما 🍅کمی سبزی ترشی(ترکیب جعفری گشنیز شوید ترخون مرزه ) اگر همه ی سبزی ها رو نداشتید دو سه تاشم باشه که به ترشی عطر بده کفایت میکنه ✅️گوجه ها میکس بشه و حدودا یک ربع بیست دقیقه با حرارت ملایم قل بخوره بعد صاف کنید سعی کنید دونه های گوجه هم داخلش نباشه اگر صافی درشت بود یکبار هم از الک رد کنید ✅️تو این ترشی مقدار سرکه خیلی زیاد نیست پس حتما در یخچال و جای خنگ نگهداری شود تا ماندگاری داشته باشه ✅️این ترشی بهتره خوش نمک باشه پس نمک کم نزنید ✅️حدودا یک هفته تا ۱۰ روز بعد امادست نوش جان 🥰😘 @nastaran.banoo6 @nastaran.banoo6 #ترشی_مشهدی#سالاد_مشهدی#ترشی_گوجه#ترشی_خانگی
