Have you started to reach out to D1 programs? You'd already be a recruitable sprinter/horizontal jumper at some of the smaller D1 programs in our general area. With your versatility , a few schools might even want to try you as multi-event athlete (indoor pentathlon & outdoor heptathlon)..

For 8 years I have reinvested every penny I made back into the business.

Paid myself £12,500 a year for the first 4 years.
Paid myself £24,000 for 2 years after that.
Paid myself £48,000 end of 2024 (for a couple months)
Got up to a team of 8.

By this point I’d invested £130k in mentorships/courses.

And then boom; everything seriously regressed in Q1 2025.

Thought I’d lost it all.
Scaled back to a team of 3.
Scaled back how much I was paying myself.

And spent all of 2025 getting back to where I was at the end of 2024.

But thankfully…

Not only did we get back there thanks to the incredible people I have around me & the team we have built - we blitzed right fucking through it…

And as a result I started this year with 4 personal goals for the first time since I came into business:

- Retire Bex. (Give her the life she deserves)
- Move us to the west end of Glasgow.
- Book Florida for Bex’s dream trip.
- Treat myself to ANY car I want.

And I landed on this beast.

I’ve had this car for over a week & not wanted to post it.

Mainly because I don’t want this to come across as a boastful post.

I don’t believe I’m anything special.
I know it’s just a car.

But honestly man, the biggest thing I’ve taken from this year is that by paying yourself more, rewarding yourself, giving to the people that matter most to you & tasting what it’s like to live the life of your dreams…

You unlock a whole new level of business owner & operator.

A level that you can quite literally never reach without spending the cash you work so fucking hard to acquire.

To all the moms out there running on empty and getting up every single morning to do it again, I see you 🤍

Maybe this is true or maybe I’m just insanely sleep deprived but somehow the newborn days were way less exhausting than my days here lately. The 6 month sleep funk mixed in with a sick baby means we’ve been up all night the past few nights and I literally thought this morning “how the heck am I going to make it?” The newborn days were sweet - exhausting, don’t get me wrong - but something about being in that bubble where the only person who needed you was your baby and you weren’t expected to do anything else. Now it’s the baby AND the job, the laundry, dishes, meals, appointments, cleaning, maybe I should workout? Maybe I should text my friend back from last week? I know I’m not alone.

I say all of this with a grateful heart. My page is always positive and uplifting because motherhood is truly the greatest gift in the world, I’m truly so lucky. But I’m just here today to acknowledge that moms are super hero’s - and the fact that we can literally be up all night with a sick baby and then go into work like its no big deal?? I see you and you’re amazing! Throw on some worship music and make today amazing - do it tired 🤍
