There are so many ways to get fit and i think the best way I’ve done it is through balance and acceptance that im supposed to have fun days where i dont care! I love to preach this through out my coaching and each girl i help is their own human with their own lives going on, so I need them to understand that part of being healthy is not micromanaging everything to the point you can’t enjoy life or the body you create for yourself. I just wanted to leave that message here with a few posts of me living my healthy life, but genuinely in a happier state because I’m not suffering and I’m not being super critical anymore. #health #fun
