My wife was carving Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread so I made it for her! @theerealkarlaj Ingredients The Chicken • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces • 1 tbsp cooking oil • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp garlic powder The Garlic Bread • 1 loaf Italian bread • 4 tbsp butter, softened • 3 cloves garlic, minced • Fresh Italian parsley, chopped The Alfredo Sauce & Topping • 2 tbsp butter • 4 cloves garlic, minced • 1 cup heavy cream • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated • 1–1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded • Salt and pepper to taste Instructions 1. Prepare the Chicken Toss the bite-sized chicken pieces in a bowl with the cooking oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear until fully cooked through and browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 2. Bake the Garlic Bread Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the loaf of Italian bread completely in half lengthwise and place the halves open-face on the sheet. Mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl, then spread it evenly across both halves. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges turn golden brown. 3. Make the Alfredo Sauce Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer for a few minutes. Reduce the heat to low, stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and whisk continuously until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 4. Assemble and Broil Ladle the warm Alfredo sauce evenly over the toasted garlic bread. Distribute the cooked chicken pieces over the sauce and top the entire loaf with the shredded mozzarella. Place the bread back in the oven under the broiler for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is completely melted and bubbling with golden-brown spots. Garnish with additional fresh parsley and chilli flakes before slicing.
