INNER ROOMS — I
[The Hotel Suite]
A room is never just a room. It holds the shape of whoever is in it and gives that shape back. Light becomes mood, mood becomes posture, posture becomes architecture. But the exchange runs deeper than reflection — the body moving through the space writes itself into the walls, into the air, into the temperature of the room.
You are not only in the space, you are the space. Every gesture extends the self outward; every object, color, and shadow returns it. The room is finished by the energy you bring into it, and you are finished by the room. This is a study about that exchange.
The series begins here, in a hotel suite suspended above a city that isn’t sleeping, where one woman is becoming the room she stands in.
