5 months agoThis!! As someone with cPTSD, I’ve been put in situations where I’m triggered and ‘reactive’ and I’ve often felt guilty like I’m cresting more karma for myself. It’s a hard thing to investigate and work through. I eventually came to the conclusion I’m not going to experience “bad karma” for reacting- of course, unless I consciously went OUT OF MY WAY to cause pain with malicious intent. It took a lot of inner work for me to give myself (and my cptsd) the grace of being a normal human whose brain is reacting to something in order to protect itself / survive. Doing that made me feel less shame, and therefore be able to offer myself more compassion, which actually helped me become more aware while I’m being triggered because I was able to honestly witness myself and allow myself to ‘slip’. Ofc like you said no excuses, no justifications, just deeper insight! Super powerful message 🙌🔥 also love this cut on you & you made me lol with the ‘sounds like a certain religion….’🤣
5 months agoI’m tuned in 👀 I’m always interested in higher levels of consciousness on this topic. I kind of see it as the energy/frequency your operating in and emitting out to the world around you that comes back around to you in packaged lessons that you can surrender to be transformed by or you can let it go right over your head and defense mechanism the lesson away. Also, that haircut on you is everything!
