Today we attended the latest @c9hotelworks market update, discussing the outlook for Thailand’s property and tourism sectors heading into 2026.

Some very interesting insights shared - and plenty to think about for investors.

What’s the most important amendment?

Harry Kane beat out Kylian Mbappé by just 28 points in Ballon d'Or voting 🤏

It is the smallest margin of victory under the current voting system.

Oop! Mel and Tesehki went back and forth after Mel agreed with Lauren’s post calling Tesehki a hypocrite! Mel demanded a one-on-one, while Tesehki mocked their fighting skills and questioned why she would be scared. 😳

Mel fired back, questioning why Tesehki didn’t get out of a white truck to face her! What do y’all make of their exchange? 👀🍿
