Armed ICE agents were spotted staging in a parking lot this morning in Lake Forest , Orange County. When community members showed up to document, ICE responded by shooting rubber bullets, including a minor who was shot in the chest and others who were shot in the back. Several alerts went out describing 5 confirmed ICE vehicles spotted in the parking lot with heavily armed masked agents. The agents were from the Los Angeles ICE field office SRT unit. 

In slide 4 a community member asks “You just shot a minor, how do you feel?” The ICE agent laughs and responds, “It felt great.”
 The masked agents refused to provide any identification and called the police. When an Orange County Sheriff arrived, she also refused to provide her badge number several times (slide 7). This comes a day after OC Sheriff was seen assisting ICE outside of the Santa Ana jail on Oct 31 racially profiling individuals and kidnapping another person. We are currently now in day 30 of the new ICE surge across California. While ICE kidnappings have been taking place prior, this new surge has expanded across the entire state with a target of 3,000 kidnappings per day. If you see ICE, alert your community. Giant photo dump. September/October were the most insane months of all time. The kids and I are having to leave Georgia for Texas after Halloween and it’s bittersweet because we will desperately miss our adopted Georgia family…but we also can’t wait to hug our incredible family in Tx.
