Now y’all know #CardiB has never had an issue taking it there when needed. 👀

The rapper recently took to her Instagram broadcast channel with a pointed message, writing, “If you tried to give me a hard time while I was going through a hard time.. I’m going to make sure you have a hard life. Ashes to ashes dust to dust 🔪🏹” While #Cardi didn’t name-drop anyone or explain what prompted the post, it seems she’s gearing up to remind the class why she once said, “If a b!tch beef with me, we gon’ beef foreva.” 😩😭

Every warrior deserves one last dance.

I came. I conquered . I left with respect for the process and no excuses for the outcome.

The judges made their call, and I respect it. Not every ending comes with a victory, but every ending leaves you with a story.

My last dance on the bodybuilding stage. What a journey it’s been. 🏆🖤

I’m 55. My skin is loose in places. My forehead wrinkles. My eyes crinkle. My belly looks different when I stop holding it in.

I’m also strong, active, and comfortable showing you all of it. ❤️

I choose to care for my body and mind. That doesn’t mean my skin will stop aging, or that it needs to.

The wrinkles don’t bother me. What I question is the story we’ve been told: that as women age, we lose our beauty, our desirability, and somehow our worth, if we don’t continue looking young.

Men become “silver foxes.” Their bellies can be considered sexy. Meanwhile, women are expected to keep looking like time never touched us.

I’m choosing a different story.

I can love my body as it is and keep caring for it, so that I’m healthy.

Acceptance and effort can exist together. So can muscles and loose skin.

For me, the beauty of aging is in getting to keep living, growing, and becoming more myself. Aging is a privilege. I want to experience it without constantly inspecting myself for something to fix.

Your life. Your body. Your choices. Including choices different from mine.

But let them come from what feels right for YOU. You get to question what you’ve been taught to dislike about yourself.

We don’t control every change aging brings. We do have a say in the meaning we give those changes, and how we treat ourselves along the way.

What’s one belief about aging you’re ready to let go of?

And introducing Sarah Chandler, the town teacher.

The past five months have been some of the most exhilarating and exhausting months of my life.
I've never worked on a project of this scale before and I'm discovering that being a series regular is truly like running a marathon or three.
-
(To put it into perspective, I think the longest project I worked on before this was 20 days??)
-
From moving out to LA to work with strangers, not knowing where we'd live yet, to now feeling like I'm working with family. I'm truly so grateful for this opportunity and I'm getting so much faster at memorizing.

I can't wait for you all to see our little world of Love Comes Softly on @upfaithandfamily coming 2027!!

Fun Fact: My mom's name is Sarah and she taught for many years, so I'd like to think this character is dedicated to her.

Kune Kune pigs like Peggie from @peggieandbrunolife have quite a personality! 🐷

Originally from New Zealand, this breed is known for its sociable nature and strong interest in human interaction. These pigs are intelligent, curious, and capable of recognising familiar people and learning daily routines.

Their name, Kune Kune, means “fat and round” in Māori, a fitting description of their distinctive appearance!

They also love spending time outdoors, grazing on grass and investigating their surroundings. And as this little pig demonstrates, a comfortable bath can be a pretty enjoyable part of the day! 🛁
