ritual, warmth, softening

this month I officially completed a four year cycle with my teacher Brittany @original_instructions , from when I was first introduced to womb work through her school as a practitioner. this care was something I had longed in my body to receive, and didn't yet know what it looked like. at the time I was just searching for answers for myself, in some ways I still am ~ with help of course!

I often hesitate to post my practice on my personal page because of how exposing it feels to share intimate work that is so deeply tied to my wounds. last weekend Morgan's oracle deck called me out with the "wounded healer" card! ahhh! I love you @havesome_mo and our sista family reunion of cackles, tears, and ass shaking reminded me: this part of me isn't compartmentalized just because "I'm not healed enough". it's part of every moment, every pain, every hope.

thank you @its.danihurtado for gathering us in the motherland, and welcoming our wholeness to be seen through your camera lens. also shout-out my beautiful model @elviramichelle_ I can't wait to all reunite!!

as a skilled CMT I offer pelvic bodywork & herbal yoni steam to support reproductive wellness. my practice centers folks with chronic pelvic pain, and those who are seeking support after medical, sexual, or reproductive trauma. you are welcome to message me for more info, and you can find my work @earthcycleswellness
