Wellness is often sold to us as something we need to buy, track, optimize, or earn.
Somewhere along the way, the conversation shifted from well-being to routines, products, numbers, and appearances.
But the goal of wellness isn’t to look well. It’s to be well.
Getting enough sleep.
Spending time outside.
Moving your body.
Connecting with people you care about.
Being present in your own life.
Maybe wellness isn’t about adding more.
Maybe it’s about coming back to the basics. 🤍
