Celebrating a century of timeless stories and friendships that make the world a little sweeter. 💛🍯  #WinniethePooh100   The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh is available on Disney+.
I'll be honest, I used to hear "you need more friends" and think... when, exactly? I don't have three hours on a Saturday morning for brunch anymore. Then I talked with my friend @AdamGrant about his new book, Vibe, and it changed how I think about it. Instead of searching for one best friend, he breaks relationships into a few types: associates, allies, pals, and companions. Isn't there so much freedom in that? Think about who in your life is an ally, a pal, or a companion, and send this to them. Comment PODCAST and I'll send you a link to watch my full conversation with Adam, including how to help your kid build a circle of friends that fits them.
I loved being a part of this @espnw and talking balancing sports with motherhood with these badass ladies!
