Nordic summer trails ✨

Radiant northern beauty in motion, from fjord winds to festival firelight and quiet forest paths.

Save this tour of Northern European summer moods for your next daydream.

Each frame is a different side of Nordic days and nights, where feminine presence meets wild landscapes and soft cities.
She moves from glaciers to lakes, dunes, forests and bonfire festivals with effortless grace and quietly magnetic confidence.
Knit dresses, linen wraps, hiking layers and golden city tailoring all carry the same calm, striking beauty through changing light.
These scenes are little reminders that the beauties of Northern Europe live in both the land and the women who walk it.
Let her feminine allure and the wide northern horizons inspire your own journey into the long light of summer.

Q: Where do these moments take place?
A: Across Northern Europe—think fjords, forests, Baltic dunes, city canals and midsummer festival nights.

No fancy reel just straight EXTENDED SET 🔥

The goal here is simple: extend the set past where you would normally stop.

1️⃣ Band + DB lateral raises → aim heavy enough to get about 10 reps. The band adds extra tension as you raise up but also adds tension on you lower. So don’t let the band just pull you down. Result against it.

2️⃣Drop the band → DB laterals → failure
You are keeping same dumbbell weight but you are getting rid of the band so rep these out till failure.

3️⃣ Drop the DBs → band top 1/4-rep pulses → failure
These are a staple for me. They may feel easy at first, but because you are pulsing and not ever lower they start to burn quick. I also utilize rest/pause for the partials. Rest for 5-10 secs and keep going. I get anywhere from 20-30reps for these depending which set I’m on. Make them burn.

Each change allows you to keep the set going. And those final pulses may be a shorter range, but there’s no break in tension, just constant tension at peak contraction. I’m using the lightest band. These will burn but keep going through the burn. Your shoulders will thank me later.

One set. A LOT of work.

Wish I could train you every day?? I can! Comment PLAN and try a week out with me on me. 💪🏼

CHARLOTTE CHURCH X MAULI ✨

Yesterday, we had the joy of gathering at the beautiful Bvlgari Hotel London for a truly special afternoon with the wonderful @therealcharlottechurch

Through her deeply moving somatic vocal experience, Charlotte invited us to reconnect with ourselves, find freedom in our voices and experience the beauty of creating something together.

Beyond the experience itself, what made the afternoon so meaningful were the heartfelt conversations, shared moments and genuine connections that filled the room.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, for bringing your openness, warmth and beautiful energy. It was a privilege to share a space where everyone felt welcome, heard and connected.

A heartfelt thank you to Charlotte for guiding us through such a memorable experience, to our wonderful partners at Bvlgari Hotel London for hosting us, and to @ancientandbrave for the refreshments and goodies.

Here’s to more moments that remind us how beautiful it is to simply come together✨

Want to be a part of the next one? Sign up to our emails to be in the know for all future events.
