I partnered with @options.wellness in Gahanna, Ohio, to explore some of the options available to support my health and wellness goals in my 40s. I went in for their FREE consultation, and honestly, I found the body composition assessment especially helpful! We looked at my body fat and muscle mass, and I also had bloodwork done to check my hormone levels and see whether hormone therapy might be a fit for me.

Here’s what I learned: Options offers a variety of programs, including:
•GLP-1 weight management options, including injections and oral medications
•Hormone therapy
•Peptides and other longevity therapies
•Lipotropic injections, often called fat-burning shots
•Supplements, nutrition products, meals and snacks
•Hair restoration programs

While I was there, I also received a lipotropic shot marketed to support metabolism. These injections contain a combination of vitamins and amino acids.

One thing I appreciate is that you have individual consultations with a medical provider to discuss your options and receive guidance throughout your program. The goal is to explore what may be appropriate for YOUR individual needs, not just follow a one-size-fits-all plan.

For now, I’m considering their peptides/NAD+ wellness options as well as hormone therapy. I had my bloodwork done and go back next week to review the results with my provider. Then I’ll decide what makes sense for me and will share more as I go!

Options has locations in Gahanna and Dublin here in Columbus, plus offices in other states.

Curious about your options, too? Comment “LINK” and I’ll DM you the link to book your FREE consultation. In the meantime, drop any questions you have about their programs in the comments!

(Individual eligibility and treatment recommendations vary. Medical treatments should be discussed with a qualified provider.)
