Instagram VS Reality……

Changing of the Seasons. So, of course the body needs to adapt.

Except mine went on strike and decided to give me the worst cold ever.

I have tried several and seemingly obvious natural protocol solutions.

At this point, I feel like I am arm wrestling with my adversary to see who will win. He had a definite edge right now. Bb

Inhalations with essentials oils, chest pommades…..plant based cough syrups
Salt water nasal cleanses. Acupuncture.

A week in and still putting up the good fight but getting impatient to feel some progress.

Got any good ideas anyone?

Any miracle cures we need to discuss?

I love a new idea!!!

Hope you all are better at handling this change of seasons than me…..

Meanwhile When I was Still Skipping Around Paris:

1) Crewneck cashmere @crimson_cashmere
The Isa sweater I wear a Medium

2) Sleeveless nylon jacket @45r_paris

3) Corduroy pant and boat shoe @miumiu

4) Handwoven with hand Embroidered cashmere Scarf @yasershawtextiles

5) Chocolate colored nylon bag @prada

6) Sunglasses @meyrowitz.paris

7) Orange Wool Socks @crimson_cashmere I am a size 39, so I take the smallest size in the mens collection.

At least I have had a good excuse to rest and binge Watch the Third Season of @nobodywantsthisofficial I love this series so much.

Hope you are all faring well…..Yo!!! I just remembered my Grandfather’s fave remedy….A Hot toddy…..consisting of whisky and lemon juice. It worked miracles for him!!! The good old days back in West Texas.
