Do not order any thing from cashify they once you order there is no way you can contact them i ordered a camera i received it today and it's not even turning on

It's been 9 davs since I first raised this issue, and it is still unresolved. Instead of providing a resolution, your team sent me an email stating that my ticket would be closed within 24 hours. Your support hours are 9 AM-8 PM, yet I received no meaningful update throughout the entire working day. Is this the level of customer service Cashify provides? Closing tickets without resolving customer issues is unacceptable. Please resolve this immediately. Ticket No.: 784731136968. If this matter is not resolved without further delay, I will be forced to escalate it before the appropriate consumer authorities and pursue legal remedies.

I recently ordered an Xbox Series S (Order ID: ESOD31SJMUAK). While the console arrived, the controller is defective—the buttons are either non-responsive or auto-triggering (ghost presses / stick drift). Expected better quality check before dispatch. Mera fon jaha maine 5june ko zama krwaya thha wahan pr wpas bina repair hua 6july ko wapas aagya... pr mujhe 10din tk koi mail ya call receive ni hua ki apka fon wapas aagya hai.. aisa kyu kya..mujhe call krke kyu nhi btaya gya .. or fon ko repair kyu nhi kra gya.. 50din badd mujhe fon or kharab halat me milta hai...Mera fon jb khin se tuta hua nhi hai toh mai toh kyu fon ko physical damage bolkr wapss kr diya gya... mai sabut doon baar baar ki mera fon nhi tuta thha khud khrab hua hai lines aai h fon me h... mujhe itna preshan kyu kra ja rha h na hi cashify support number wale fon uthate hai aisa kyu hota h... pls mere fon ko thk kra jaye.. ya fir cashify fake hai jo ji apne customers ko aise prehsn kr rhe h..mere no pr call arrange kri jaye..fon ki physical damage bolkr wapas bhej diya jb ki fon physical damage thha bhi nhi...store wale fon bhi uthate battmizi krte hai store pr available nhi rhte h.. kyu itna Pesshan kr rhe h cashify wale apne customer ko.

Hello Cashify Team! ❤️ Main aapka kaafi time se follower hoon aur aapke posts aur offers hamesha dekhta hoon. Mujhe technology aur especially iPhones ka bahut shauk hai. Main student hoon aur dheere-dheere paise jod raha hoon taaki ek din apna dream iPhone kharid sakun. Agar aapki taraf se kisi giveaway, gift, ya support ka mauka mil sake to mere liye woh bahut badi khushi hogi. Main aapse koi demand nahi kar raha, bas ek chhoti si request kar raha hoon.
