OK, a photographer--I am not. Apologies to all involved.😉

But, what a day we had celebrating our Grand Reopening--it was a perfect day all around! Special thanks to Robbie MacInnis and Holly Bent from the Pictou Celtic Arts Society, these events just wouldn't be the same without bagpipes and highland dancing--we are so grateful.👏

Also, special thanks to our emcee (and former Board Chair) Wes Surrett. Wes did an incredible job (as usual) and we're so appreciative of his time and generosity.👏

Finally, an enormous THANK YOU to all of our guest speakers, each of whom had a hand in making Hector Heritage Quay the premier attraction it is today.👏

Top Left-Yulia Semenova from AldrichPears Associates
Top Right-The Honourable Sean Fraser, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada and Minister Responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency
Centre-His Worship, Mayor Jim Ryan of the Town of Pictou
Middle Right-Shannon MacMullin, Gaelic Community Outreach and Engagement Officer with the Office of Gaelic Affairs
Middle Left-The Honourable Marco MacLeod, MLA for Pictou West and Minister of Energy
Bottom Left-Noella Martin, Chair of the Ship Hector Society
Bottom Right-The whole gang with Hector Heritage Quay Executive Director Vern Shea

It was wonderful to see so many people show up for our ceremony Saturday morning, we are beyond thrilled to share this celebration with the entire community. We know there were so many others who wanted to be here today, but competing with summer vacations and Dragonboat Races is a tall order!😅
