I don’t always wear my flag gear when I’m running around Washington, but when I do, I get more cat calls than on A1A during Spring Break in Fort Lauderdale.
It’s not easy to stay in fighting shape when no two days are the same, but a little consistency adds up and motivation often comes from having a little bit of fun with it along the way.
Health is wealth, if I can do it, so can you.
