Apparently giving myself two thumbs up at the @theeconomist Space Economy Summit when I spoke to the group on Thursday.

Who loves the combination of maritime and space more than anyone?!?

Visited and took a ride with some old friends and co-workers yesterday.

Forever appreciative of my Florida harbor pilots, and of course, all harbor pilots around the world.

Thanks for all that you do for not only maritime but our global economy.

Feeling immense gratitude and very loved as I turned the page on yet another revolution around the sun.

Celebrated the big day in an extraordinarily random way and could not have made it better if I tried.

Thankful for all that were able to make it happen, especially so last minute, and am reminded again and again, of what is most important - family and true friends.

47 brought on a lot and I’m sure 48 will be no different.

Thank you all for your endless support and love. ❤️ by @thelauradibella

Flew by Fernandina today to speak at the @aibyf EmpowHER event and hugged some forever friends.

Love you and the launchpad you gave to me forever @nassauflorida and @portfernandina

I would not be where I am today without you.

Thank you, thank you.

65 looks good on you, FMC!!!

So incredibly proud and humbled to lead such a dynamic federal agency with an even more dynamic team in the most dynamic industry on earth.

Thank you, thank you for the honor to serve in this capacity in this incredible snapshot of time and happy anniversary, @fmc_gov !!!

I don’t always wear my flag gear when I’m running around Washington, but when I do, I get more cat calls than on A1A during Spring Break in Fort Lauderdale.

It’s not easy to stay in fighting shape when no two days are the same, but a little consistency adds up and motivation often comes from having a little bit of fun with it along the way.

Health is wealth, if I can do it, so can you.

Thanks for the love, DC - USA!!!

Honored and privileged to be the lunchtime keynote at the New York Council Navy League of the U.S. Maritime Security Conference next Thursday!

It will surely be a day of insightful discussion surrounding the complex operational, commercial, policy, and regulatory challenges and opportunities within the U.S. maritime value chain as our industry and military work to restore AMERICAN MARITIME DOMINANCE!!

Register today (if you haven’t already) and see you next week, my friends!!!

I had the distinct honor of hosting a fireside discussion at yesterday’s NDTA MIB Symposium.

Our panel’s focus was on maritime policy at both the state and federal level. The NDTA brought the right people in for the conversation:

1. @thelauradibella, Chairman of the Federal Maritime Commission.
2. @jaycollinsfl, Lieutenant Governor of our great state of Florida.

I must thank Angie Reno, Kenny Santos, and the NDTA JAX Chapter for putting the symposium together and for trusting me to moderate a panel of this magnitude.

A gracious shoutout to “Big Time” Chris Budihas who ran the room like a consummate professional.

Jacksonville is a military city, a port city, and a city that matters in these high-level conversations. Truly blessed to have been in the room for this one. by @thelauradibella

Made a quick appearance at @seatradecruise earlier this week and am still touched by the most generous gesture and award that I received from the RINA team.

I feel blessed every day to be where I am and do what I do. What made the award even more special was to have my friends and former employers at the @flharborpilots with me to witness it all as the trials and tribulations they faced during the supply chain crisis - which encompassed my entire tenure with them - has shaped me to be the servant leader that I continually strive to be.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you, All.
