Meet 2026 @mounttocoast Badwater 135 rookie entrant Francesco Perini @franz_perini, 40, of Mira, Italy.
His resumé includes 2nd place at the 2025 Spartathlon in 22:05:27 and a victory at the 2023 Nove Colli - both are Badwater 135 Preferred Qualifying races - as well as a win at the 2025 Asolo 100km, a Leadville 100mi finish and two more Spartathlon finishes.
Good luck and best wishes to Francesco and his crew at the world’s toughest foot race!
