Iโ€™m two years sober today. I was so unexpectedly emotional about it I really didnโ€™t think Iโ€™d want to share it. BUT Iโ€™ve done the opposite and made a really long reel ๐ŸคŸ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘ต๐Ÿป Iโ€™ve been happy crying looking back at memories from my 20s and realising that Iโ€™m only just letting myself feel gratitude and be proud of myself. I needed so much time to learn this, and I still am x Thank you thank you thank you for my friends Iโ€™ve met along the way and the ones who didnโ€™t leave when life got real. Staying connected and learning to ask for help has saved my life! Donโ€™t hide, be brave and I promise if youโ€™re struggling you donโ€™t have to be alone. I wish Iโ€™d asked for help sooner I really do, I deserved it and anyone whoโ€™s struggling deserves it too. โ™ฅ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป
