So the girl who doesn’t run and did absolutely zero training just ran 10km… and didn’t die OR absolutely hate it?! 🥴🤯 Before anyone gets too excited, this is not a rebrand 🤣🥸

My legs bloody hate me today, but it’s pretty incredible what you can do when you take the pressure off and get out of your own head.

I went into this purely to support my friend, with absolutely no intention of being a hero (survival was the only goal 🤣). No expectations, nothing to prove, and somehow managed to surprise myself.

I’ve always told myself I’m not a runner. And look, I won’t be adding a weekly run to my routine, but am I keen for another marathon next year? Absolutely. And by marathon I mean 10km (yes Lauren, I draw the line at 10 👀)

And yes, I ran in my horse hooves because I was told not to risk new runners for my first 10k 🤣 Didn’t exactly blend in with the seasoned runners, but hey, I survived. Although I may have to say goodbye to a toenail in the process 🤢

P.s thank you to the beautiful followers who cheered me on from the sidelines and didnt laugh 🤣
