I've got to admit... I still can't decide how I feel about this one.
It's dark. It's eerie. It's scary. And it definitely stands out.
Personally though, I'm not rushing to add it to my collection—but I can absolutely appreciate what Egawa was going for.
That said, I'm a huge Akira Egawa fan. Swipe through and you'll see a few of my favourite cards she's illustrated.

Egawa made Mega Darkrai cool. I don't think anyone could possible make a better card than this with Mega Darkrai.

The Mega Darkray I think is incredible, a lot of People have treated Mega Darkrai as a joke and you see when people were reacting to this art how Egawa finally made people take Mega Darkrai seriously and cool. Egawa is amazing and when it comes to more modern illustrators she is my favorite along side Sowsow, I actually collect a lot of Egawa’s One Piece cards which are also insane. Love all these cards in the post great shots Rob.👏
