🫒 Soğanı qovurmaq üçün bitki yağı

HAZIRLANMASI:

Əvvəlcə ilıq suya quru maya və şəkər tozunu əlavə edib qarışdırırıq. Daha sonra yumurta, bitki yağı və duzu əlavə edirik. Unu hissə-hissə əlavə edərək yumşaq xəmir yoğururuq. Üzərini örtüb təxminən 1 saat mayalanmağa qoyuruq.

Kartofun qabığını soyub üzərinə su əlavə edərək bişiririk. Bişdikdən sonra püre halına salırıq. Üzərinə duz, istiot və qovrulmuş soğan əlavə edib qarışdırırıq. (Soğan sevmirsinizsə, əlavə etməyə bilərsiniz.)

Mayalanmış xəmirdən kiçik kündələr hazırlayırıq. Hər kündəni açıb içərisinə kartoflu içlik qoyaraq peraşki formasına salırıq.

Sonda qızmar yağda hər iki tərəfi qızılı rəng alana qədər qızardırıq.
