We are celebrating Paris Butter’s first Michelin Star !

As many of you know, Nick and Sina met in New Zealand, where Nick opened his very first restaurant. Since the two of them settled here in France, Zennon — Nick’s former sous-chef now business partner— has taken the reins and is doing an incredible job including winning a Michelin star two weeks ago in New Zealand’s first edition of Michelin.
For the first time, we’ll be welcoming Zennon and the Paris Butter team for a special pop-up collaboration at the restaurant.

Comme beaucoup d’entre vous le savent, Nick et Sina se sont rencontrés en Nouvelle-Zélande, où Nick a ouvert son tout premier restaurant. Depuis leur installation en France, Zennon — ancien sous-chef de Nick — a repris les rênes et fait un travail absolument incroyable.
Pour la première fois, nous accueillerons Zennon et l’équipe de Paris Butter pour une collaboration pop-up exceptionnelle au restaurant.
