Movement is medicine ๐Ÿค

Hi, my name is Aria.

Ever since I can remember, Iโ€™ve always been incredibly ambitious.

From age 10 it would take me hours to fall asleep because my mind would be so full of ideas. I was obsessed with self-improvement, and building something I was proud of.

A decade later, this ambition manifested as perfectionism and overworking.

I would work 15 hours a day to achieve the goals I set for myself.

I sacrificed my sleep, nutrition, and exercise to complete more work.

One evening, I found myself on my living room floor, typing until I fell asleep.

I realised in that moment that I couldnโ€™t continue to live like that.

I still wanted to achieve big things, but not if I was sacrificing my health and happiness in the process.

I knew there had to be another way, and I made it my mission to find it.

Through a year of completely reworking the design of my life, I realised this: movement FUELS productivity.

Spending my mornings at the gym training wasnโ€™t a waste of time - it improved my focused and GAINED me time back.

In the following year alone, I:
- 2-5xโ€™ed my income
- Grew almost 100k followers (@byariaemily)
- launched my first business
- hosted a podcast with over 50,000 streams
- became an award-winning founder

And SO MUCH more.

But the part that Iโ€™m most proud of is that I didnโ€™t burn out.

I now deeply believe that success is more than possible to achieve without costing your health, happiness, and sanity.
