Today, the Prisma James Foundation visited RIMS Buea, speaking with students in preparation for our upcoming breast cancer sensitization on October 16th. We sincerely thank the school authorities for their warm reception and support, making it possible for my team and me to connect with these amazing students. ❀️ It was truly an honor connecting with them, as students hold a special place in my heart because I once sat where they sit today. It brings me so much joy to be a source of inspiration and encouragement to these young minds. I encourage every young dreamer never to give up on their dreams, so they too can become an inspiration to the next generation. πŸ’šβœ¨
Some meals I’ve been eating on repeat lately! Bagels with different toppings for breakfast lately. I like drinking my @beioniq @prosupps with breakfast sometimes. Ground turkey or ground beef bowls for lunch. Using sweet potato for the base and throwing whatever else I can in there hahaha Cajun salmon (preseasoned from Costco) and Caesar salad. I’m on a Caesar salad kick rn. Homemade chicken noodle soup. It’s that time of year. Salmon with teriyaki green beans, rice, and avocado.
My latest little creation. I tried making a set of skis but I couldn’t actually move much faster. #gym #climb #calisthenics

TNHT: Kyle.Anfernee (@Kyle.Anfernee) Neighbors, A family is dealing with heartbreak as they prepare to bury their two young sons. Authorities say the bodies ofΒ Elijah Khalil Hawkins, 5, and Kashh Kendrell Williams, 3, were recovered from a pond on Saturday. The discovery followed reports that the children went missing after leaving their Daytona Beach home. Police Chief Jakari Young said investigators believe the deaths were accidental and that there is no indication of foul play. Young said their mother fed the children Saturday afternoon before lying down for a brief nap. When she woke up, both boys β€” along with the family dog β€” had managed to slip outside of the apartment. He said quote β€œShe woke up approximately 15 minutes later, and the kids, as well as the family dog, had gotten out of the apartment. She does have a child safety lock on the door, so apparently, they figured out how to navigate that child safety lock, and they exited the apartment.” Surveillance video obtained by police shows the two boys running near the pond before entering the water. Their mother is seen on the video coming outside moments later. While Young believes the deaths were accidental, he said the question of whether the mother will face criminal charges remains unanswered. Young said the department has turned its entire case over to the State Attorney’s Office, which has the authority to make that determination. A GoFundMe has launched in memory of the boys and to support their family. More than $10,000 has been raised.Β  If you’d like to donate click the link in the bio.
