Stareybeach21 mixedmedia art

Every layer tells part of the story. 🎨
This artwork was built using many handmade gelli prints in shades of pink, lavender, and purple. I tore each print into organic shapes and layered them to recreate the dreamy colours and reflections of the pink salt lakes of Torrevieja.
The mountains, botanical details, and little flamingos were added one step at a time, allowing the landscape to slowly come to life.
The final step is still to come... Tomorrow I'll pour a clear resin layer with delicate gold accents to add even more depth and light.
Come back tomorrow to see the finished piece! ✨🦩
