This is my favourite high-protein lunch bowl for steady energy all afternoon! 💪

💬 Comment “packed” and I’ll send you my ultimate lunch recipe collection. Tons of free inspiration so lunch never gets boring.

Lots of people tell me lunch is the meal they struggle with. My go-to is a diversity bowl. I either prep it ahead or throw it together on the day with leftovers.

I always include:

💪 A source of protein like chicken, fish, tofu or tempeh
🍚 A carb like quinoa, brown rice, barley or sweet potato
🥬 Greens + colourful veg like spinach, rocket, red cabbage or peppers
🥣 A good sauce to bring all the flavours together

Bonus: Add some lentils, chickpeas or beans for extra fibre. I usually use tinned ones to keep it quick.

Chicken Shawarma Bowls

Ingredients (serves 4)

For the chicken:
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp fine sea salt
400g chicken breast, cut in half horizontally (see note for tip)
2 tsp garlic powder

For the dressing:
200g Greek yoghurt
1 tsp garlic powder

For the rice and veggies:
320g red pepper, finely sliced
320g red cabbage, finely sliced
400g baby spinach
500g wholegrain rice (cooked)

When pink meets autumn elegance… 🌸✨

There are dresses that are simply beautiful — and then there are dresses that make you feel like you’ve stepped into a little fashion fantasy.

I fell in love with this gorgeous light pink midi dress from @jjshouseofficial . The delicate floral details, open back, lace hem and those beautiful flowing flower straps make it feel feminine, romantic and just a little bit unexpected. 🌸

And I love that the flower straps can be styled in different ways — in the front for a softer romantic look, or at the back for something a little more dramatic. ✨

I paired it with my light pink elegant heels from @cosyisland_official and my shell-effect clutch with a golden coral detail. 🌸🤍👠

The perfect setting? A sunny afternoon in the beautiful garden at Hôtel Prince de Galles in Paris. 🇫🇷✨

JJ’s House has so many beautiful dresses for evenings, weddings, special occasions and those moments when you simply want to feel extra special.
