@altavia joins Nextones hosting two activities that invite you to experience the landscape through walking, observation, and shared practices.
On Friday, the Community Trail Walk leads from the Altavia Community Space to the Orridi di Uriezzo, following a route that unfolds across the alpine landscape before arriving at one of the region’s most striking geological formations. The walk concludes just in time for Shane Parish plays Autechre Guitar, a site-responsive performance where acoustic guitar, resonance, and the natural acoustics of the gorge merge into a unique listening experience.
On Saturday, Piante Celesti hosts an Incense Making Workshop, beginning with a botanical walk dedicated to the recognition and traditional uses of local herbs before moving into a collective session of crafting personalised natural incense.
Both activities are part of the expanded festival experience and are open upon registration.
Few spots for the hiking are still available.
