Imagine demanding better education, healthcare, and Basic human rights and being met with patriarchal violence aided by advanced militarised manoeuvres designed for the perverse theatre of war. The money spent by France just on tear gas alone could help these children… France's youth were failed today. We cannot say we did not know.

Selamat 12 Tahun❤️❤️
Sometimes, things happen in our lives, and we don’t understand why at that moment. It may take a few days, a few months, or even years before we look back and say, “Oh, now I understand why this had to happen. Perhaps this was meant to happen through me. Perhaps this was what I was meant to do.” ❤️ What I have understood about myself is that I am not perfect. I have many shades to my personality, many flaws, and thoughts that I am not always proud of. And perhaps that is what makes me human. I am not a divine being, free of imperfections. But when I stand before my God and Goddess, I want to stand there truthfully, without pretending to be someone I am not. I want to acknowledge my limitations, accept my mistakes, and even admit the negative thoughts that cross my mind. And then, with all my heart, I want to ask them, “Make me better. Not overnight, not miraculously, but through a process. Hold my hand, guide me, and help me become a better human being, one step at a time.” 🙏❤️ Because having negative thoughts does not make us bad people. We are human, and our minds are bound to have their moments of weakness. What matters is whether we allow those thoughts to control us or learn to recognise them, understand them, and choose how we respond. Perhaps that is where true wisdom lies—not in being free of imperfections, but in having the courage to acknowledge them and the willingness to grow beyond them. @sogasari
Barkhad Abdi went from filming opposite Tom Hanks to selling phones at his brother’s shop in Minneapolis. He reportedly earned $65,000 for playing pirate leader Muse in ‘Captain Phillips,’ his first film role. After production wrapped, he returned to the shop, leaving around the movie’s 2013 release to pursue acting. His performance brought an Oscar nomination and a BAFTA win, but by the 2014 awards season, reports described him struggling financially. The recognition had arrived before a steady income did.
MS NOW’s @eugenedaniels2 has the latest after Katie Zacharia is out as White House press secretary. The details — whether Zacharia voluntarily left her role or was directly fired — are still unclear. #trump #presssecretary #katiezacharia
