Jiāonest

Giant Flower Mushroom is a rare delicacy from China’s Changbai Mountains. It is marinated in traditional Sichuan soy sauce( 复制酱油）, left to infuse overnight, then gently braised for four hours. This slow process allows the mushroom to absorb the soy sauce’s deep, aromatic character.
