Some researchers and experimenters have proposed that plants may respond to the people who care for them, even over surprising distances. Plants have complex electrical signaling systems, and listening to my @plantwave has given me a whole new appreciation for the journeys I’ve taken to the jungles and forests around the world, and even my front porch.

They remind me to not get so caught up in the minute bullsh!t in life. Instead, they help me compost it, helping me ground and remember what is truly important - my own health and well-being. I, like many, forget this sometimes and allow other things to take precedence.

I REALLY needed this connection this morning. 🙏🏼
